The Role
This role oversees bid governance, ensures alignment with business objectives, and fosters a high-performance, strategically driven bid team. The postholder will engage at a senior level with key stakeholders, including board-level executives, to shape and refine the organisation’s bid pipeline, ensuring sustainable business success.
Responsibilities
- Operational Excellance - Bid Management - Lead the development of innovative, compelling bid strategies that enhance win rates and long term profitability.
- Financial Accountability - Bid Pipeline Oversight - Develop and maintain a rolling bid pipeline, ensuring strategic prioritisationof high value opportunities.
- Customer Focus - Stakeholder Relationaships - Work closely with operational teams to develop bids that reflect deliverable, high quality service propositions.
- Innovation and Continuous Improvement - Leverage digital tools and AI to enhance bid writing, tracking and analytics.
